2x^ 2 -3kx +4.
sum of roots,
-b/a =6
3k/1 =6
k=6/3
k=2.

Sum of zeroes =
 \frac{ - b}{a}
sum of zeroes=6
-b/a=6
-(-3k)/2=6
3k=12
k=12/3
k=4
