if in a certain code student is written as rstedms then how would teacher be written in same code

Teacher will b written as sdzbgdq. Bcoz the previous letter is used for every letter in the word.
note, i m not sure about a in teacher bcoz it is the first letter so z will b there or not, i m not sure about that
