If in a circle arc AB = 6cm, arc CD = 6cm and ∠AOB = 65˚, then find ∠COD ,where O is the

in triangle AOB and triangle COD ,

therefore, line segment joining the the end points of two corresponding arcs are equal

therefore, AB=CD

now,

OA = OC ( radii of same circle )

OB = OD (radii of same circle )

there fore ,  triangle AOB is congruent to triangle COD

therefore, by CPCT

angle AOB = angle COD = 65 DEGREES
