If in our earth , for 5 seconds , no oxygen will be there then there is no ozone layer bcuz it is made up of Oxygen and nascent oxygen . So,then ozone layer will be not there , therefore the harmful ultraviolet Ray's will enter in the earth directly (no one will block their way as ozone layer isn't there) . Due to the entering of harmful UV radiations, it will cause many health problems to living things like in human, skin cancer , irritation can occur. Also, the water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen and if there is no oxygen for 5 seconds , the hydrogen will evaporate and there will be no water.
