The given triangle is a Right Angled Triangle with Right Angle at C.

<C = <A + <B

Because in a Right Angled Triangle, the sum of the other two angles must be equal to the right angle (to make the sum of angles = 180°)

Given,

<C = <A + <B = 90°

Therefore,

sin (a+b) = sin 90 = 1
