If India is secular then why state may extend aid to religious communities for running their institutions which if we see is totally related to the institutions which are political parties they support a religion of that region where they are established and see which religion is in minority or majority and starts supporting them to come in ruling of the party.Though our country is Secular yet as state extend aid so that they get support from that particular religion so that they can get votes and also come in government. So these promote or support and give aid to these religion communities to run their institutions.
