Hi !

Iron (Fe) is more reactive than copper.
Hence, it can displace Cu from CuSO₄ .

Fe + CuSO₄ ---------------------> FeSO₄ + Cu

  • Iron is more reactive than copper .
  • It can displace Cu from CuSO4
  • The chemical equation for this is

\boxed{\sf {Fe\atop Ferrous}+{CuSO_4\atop Copper \:Sulphate}\longrightarrow {FeSO_4\atop Ferrous \:Sulphate}+{Cu\atop Copper}}
