If * is an operation such that for integers a and b we have
a * b = a × b + (a × a + b × b) then find
(i) ( – 3) * (– 5)
(ii) ( – 6) * 2

i) (-3 x -5 ) + (-3 x -3 + -5 x -5)
=15 + 9 + 25
= 49
Similarly
ii) (-6 x 2) + ( -6 x-6 + 2 x 2)
=-12 + 36 + 4
= 28
