If + is xm - is +, x is ÷ and ÷ is -, then what is the value of given equation 21 ÷ 8 + 2 - 12 × 3 = ?

So,

21/8+2-12*3 is 21-8*2+12/3.

So, according to BODMAS:

21-8*2+12/3.
= 21-8*2+4.
= 21-16+4.
