Length = 20m

Total cost = ₹1600

Rate per m = ₹25

Perimeter =  

Perimeter = 64m

 Now,

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l + b)

64 = 2(20 + x)

64 = 40 + 2x

2x = 24

x =  

x = 12m

Breadth = 12m

Area of a rectangle = l × b

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ = 20 × 12

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ = 240m²
