Explanation:

The difference in longitude between 0degree and 160degree will be 160*4 (Multiply by 4 because there is a time difference of 4 minutes between each longitude)

160*4= 640minutes or 10hrs 40mins

Since the 160 degree longitude is located to the west of the Prime Meridian the local time will be 10pm - 10hrs 40mins

Therefore the time is 11:20 am of 21june @the 160 degree West longitude
