Your question is confusing, or maybe confused. Normally the term “” refers to the which is at 0° longitude. But OK, if it’s 22:00 on 21 June at your chosen meridian, then the time is 22:00, and the date is 21 June.

But that’s in the question, so my best guess is that you have copied your homework question incorrectly. Maybe you mean “If it’s 22:00 on 21 June at the Prime Meridian that goes through Greenwich, what time and date is it at 120° E?”.

That question still doesn’t make sense, but I’ve seen enough of this kind of question to suspect that there’s a crowd of teachers out there that haven’t discovered time zones yet. That’s why I wrote . Read that and:

Decide what time zone you want at your chosen prime meridian. I’ll assume that’s at 0°, Find a convenient time zone at 0° (the "Prime Meridian). From Wikipedia (), time zones include UTC, UTC+1 and UTC+2. So your 22:00 local time could be 20:00 UTC, 21:00 UTC or 22:00 UTC. And just by coincidence (maybe), the last question that I answered also specified 22:00 at the prime meridian.
Find a convenient time zone at 120° E. From , time zones are only UTC+8 and UTC+9. So the time there could be 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 or 7:00, all on 22 June.
By coincidence, this list includes the time that I think your misguided teachers expect as an answer. I’ll leave it to you to decide which.
