When we say 1 degree longitude is equal to 4 minutes.
It is 12 noon at 60 degree longitude.
Therefore, time at Greenwich, i.e. 0 degree longitude will be 6 a.m.
Now, as we go westwards the time is subtracted from the time at Greenwich.
Therefore, when we have to calculate time at 30 degree west longitude, we have to minus 120 minutes from 6 a.m.
This means that, it is 4 a.m. at 30 degree west longitude
