Solution

Every 1 is equal to 4 minutes.

If it is on West of Greenwich median then Substract.

the calculated time from Actual Time of GMT .

and if it is on East then Add

74⁰ W = 74 × 4 = 296 minutes.... i.e. 4 hours 56 min.

Time on Greenwich is 12 : 00 ..so the time on 74 W is 12 - 4 hr 56 min = 7 : 04

Similarly, in case of 105 E we have to add the time i.e.

105 × 4 minutes = 420 min. I.e. 7 hours

12 + 7 hrs = 19:00

and for 120W again,

120 × 4 min = 480 min... I.e. 8 hours

12 - 8 hours = 04 : 00 or 4 am

Note :

Time I have followe-d is military time i.e. 24 hours clock.

East or west of longitude measures from 0

i.e. Greenwich Median Time

W = West direction

E = East direction
