If it is -6 °C in Srinagar and 18 °C in Patna, what is the difference between the temperatures in
these two places?

Temperature in srinagar = -6°C

" " Patna = 18°C

Hence, difference in the temperatures = 18-(-6)°C = (18+6)°C = 24°C

The difference =18-(-6)

=18+6

24

The difference in temperature of both the places is of 24°C
