When a cloud gets enough of water which it couldnt carry anymore then the water droplets come down in the form of rain . This is common and known by all . So it's nothing like if in one village it's raining other village will also experience raining because it depends upon the cloud that how much area it occupies in the sky as much area as it will occupy as much area will receive rainfall as not all the clouds rain at the same time.
Hope it helps
