Mrs.mebbin likes money and always like to save money. she doesn't like to spend money or doesn't allow someone to spend. similarly when Mrs.packletide told she had bought that old tiger for thousand rupees,Mrs.mebbin doesn't like and said since it is a old tiger she can purchase it for cheap rate.
