if 8 men takes 10 hrs. to build a wall

than ,

1 man takes = 10/8 = 1.25hrs.

now ,

4 man do in = 4 × 1.25 = 5 hrs .

but if you thinking philosophically or it will a interview question than I answer no time will taken because wall had built already .
