If Jupiter is a gaseous planet, how does it hold itself so well? Why dont the gases just blow/float away?

Mass is proportional to gravity. Jupiter being largest planet in our solar system is the planet with highest gravitational pull . So it may pull all the gases towards itself. Also these gases have accumulated in form of very dense matter around it.
