\bf K = \frac{1}{2}mv^{2}


K = 100

m = 2


\bf K = \frac{1}{2}mv^{2}\\\\=> 100 = \frac{1} {\cancel2 } \times \cancel2 \times v^{2} \\\\=> 100 = v^{2}\\\\=> \sqrt{100} = v\\ \\=> 10 = v


Hence

v = 10
