first term, a= k-3
second term, b= 2k+1
third term, c= 4k+3
now we know,
b-a = c-b
b+b = a+c
2b= a+c.........(1)
using this equation let's put values and solve it,
2(2k+1) = k-3+4k+3
4k+2 = 5k
5k-4k = 2
k= 2
hope this helps you
