let the ke= 1/2 mvsquare
after increasing it by 100percent
ke = mvsq.
now p= mv
so there are two cases
kinetic energy can be increased by 100 percent by increasing its velocity
or its mass
as ke is directly proportional to square of velocity so we need to specify by changing which quantity the ke has change
unless this it is not calculatable
