hey mate!!

K-shell can hold maximum 2 e-

L=8 e-

M= 18e-

so,

atomic number of element is 28 I.e Nickel.



riamsunil: As per the law of electron octet the last shell should be holding only 8e-.....according to me it should be ARGON with 18 electrons(2,8,8)
