60000 \times 20\% = 12000 \\ 60000 - 12000 = 48000 \\ let \: the \: ken \: slary \: b \: x \\ x \times 20\% = (1 \div 5)x \\ x +( 1 \div 5)x = 48000 \\ x = 40000 \\ \\ ken \: slary \: is \: 40000.
