by following legal procedures is not termed as crimes.

No one other than judiciary, law and acts can state whether a killing is legal or illegal.

This is stated in our constitution.

There are legal procedures and trials in judiciary. So, that no innocent is accused and found guilty and no one is killed in injustice. That is why, it takes months and even years to take decisions. Under these law and acts if someone found guilty, is punished and is sentenced to death.

AND ALSO NO ONE IS KILLED UNDER LAW BUT SENTENCED TO DEATH, IF FOUND-'GUILTY'.
