Kinetic Energy =1/2•mv^2=1/2m•p^2

P:momentum

V:velocity

M:mass

KEinitial=1/2m•p^2

Kefinal=3/2m•p^2

Therefore as mass is constant only momentum can change thus momentum increases by √3 so that its square gives 3.

And,:√3
