KM^ = KL^ + LM^

(8x+5)^ = (4x)^ + (5x-11)^

taking squares on both sides

(8x+5) = (4x) + (5x-11)

8x+5 = 4x + 5x -11

8x - 4x - 5x = -11-5

-x = -16

x = 16

KM = 8x+5

= 8*16+5

=133
