kx+my+4=0 divide whole by k
x+m/ky+4/k=0
now compare with 2x+y-5=0
now divide by 2 both side then we get x+y/2-5/2=0
so,
m/k=1/2: k/m=2:1
and
4/k=-5/2
k=-8/5
then m=-4/5
we can directly get ratio but then we cannot predict the value of k and m
