Given :-

  • l = 125
  • f1 = 20
  • f0 = 13
  • f2 = 14
  • h = 20 .

To Find :-

  • Mode of grouped data ?

Solution :-

we know that,

  • Mode = l + [(f1 - f0) / (2f1 - f0 - f2)] * h

putting all given values we get,

→ Mode = 125 + [(20 - 13) / (2*20 - 13 - 14)] * 20

→ Mode = 125 + {7 / (40 - 27)} * 20

→ Mode = 125 + (7 * 20) / 13

→ Mode = 125 + (140/13)

→ Mode = (125*13 + 140)/13

→ Mode = (1625 + 140)/13

→ Mode = (1765/13)

→ Mode = 135.76 (Ans.)
