If l=m+n,b=m-n,find the area of the room?

Your Answer :-

Area = L × B

L = m+n, B = m-n.

\sf\red{(m + n)(m - n)}

Use Identity a² - b² = (a+b)(a-b)

\sf\blue{ {m}^{2}  -  {n}^{2} }

So, your answer is m²-n²
