Step-by-step explanation:

Height 5 cm

Lateral surface area of cylinder = 94.2 cm^2

LSA of cylinder = 2 * 3.14 * r * h

=> 94.2 = 2 * 3.4 * r * 5

=> 94.2 / 3.14 = 2 * r * 5

=> 30 = 10 * r

=> 30 / 10 = r

=> 3 = r

So Radius of cylinder = 3 cm

Now volume of cylinder = pie * r^2 * h

                                        = 3.14 * 3^2 * 5

                                        = 3.14 * 9 * 5

                                        = 3.14 * 45

                                        = 141.30 cm^3

Hope this answer helped you :-)

Answer:

Given,

h = 5cm

⇒Let radius = r

(i) Curved Surface Area

⇒94.2cm² = 2πrh

⇒94.2 cm² = 2 × 3.14 × r × 5cm

⇒r=3cm

(ii) Volume of cylinder

⇒πr²h = 3.14 × 3 × 3 × 5 = 141.2cm³
