ABC is right angle∆

H^2=P^2+B^2

AB^2=BC^2+AC^2

AB^2=4^2+3^2

AB^2=16+9

AB=√25=5

SinA= P/H

sinA = 4/5

Step-by-step explanation:

Given, ABC is a triangle right angled at C where AC =3 units and BC = 4 units.

Now, in triangle ABC by Pythagoras theorem we get

(AB)2 = (BC)2 + (AC)2

(AB)2 = (4)2 + (3)2

(AB)2 = 16 + 9

(AB)2 = 25

AB = 5 units.

Now, sin A = BC / AB

= 4 / 5 units

= 0.8 units
