Given:
L.C.M = 234

H.C.F = 13

L.C.M × H.C.F = PRODUCT OF TWO NUMBERS

PRODUCT OF TWO NUMBERS= 234 × 13

PRODUCT OF TWO NUMBERS= 3042

Factors of 3042= 2×3×3×13×13

Hence, the smallest factor of the product of the two numbers is :2

Solution :-

L.C.M. of the given two numbers = 234

H.C.F. of the given two numbers = 13

As we know that,

L.C.M. × H.C.F. = Product of the two numbers

⇒ 234 × 13 = Product of the two numbers

⇒ 3042

Hence, product of the two numbers = 3042

Prime Factorization of 3042 = 2 × 3 × 3 × 13 × 13

So, the smallest prime factor of the product of the given two numbers is 2
