Given : LCM of 2 numbers is 90
To Find : possible HCF of those 2 numbers
Solution:
Let say k is the HCF of those 2 numbers
Then those 2 numbers can be
ak , bk
where a and b are co prime
Number multiplication = HCF * LCM
ak * bk = k * 90
=> abk = 90
k = 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 9 , 10 , 15 , 18 , 30 , 45 , 90
Possible HCF are 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 9 , 10 , 15 , 18 , 30 , 45 , 90
