We know that :

Area of a Rhombus : $\dfrac{1}{2} \times {d_{1}} \times {d_{2}}$

Solving we get :

$d_{2} = 16 \: cm.$

Now

S1 = d_{1} / 2 = 15 cm.

S2 = d_{2} / 2 = 8 cm.

Hence Side = 17 cm.

Perimeter = 4 × Side = 68 cm.
