If Length of the rectangle is 14 cm more than it’s breadth and its perimeter is 180 cm. Find the area of the rectangle

Let Breadth be x

then, Length = x + 14

We are given, 2(l+b) = 180

          so, l + b = 90

       so, 2x + 14 = 90

             x = 45 - 7

             x = 38

Hence area = 38*52 = 1976 cm^2
