If light is necessary for the production of chlorophyll molecules then how come there are more chlorophyll molecules in plants under the shade?

First if all light us not responsible for production of chlorophyll .it is a substance which fixes sunlight and convert it into chemical energy.in a shaded plants they do not expose to sunlight frequently so they don't nee d chlorophyll that's why we see patches of chlorophyll in the leaves of shaded plants
