if light is reflected due to friction then why friction do not stop it I mean that why light bounces of surface

Light rays are not reflected  due to friction.  Light rays are emitted sometimes.   Light is seen during the time when two surfaces rub against each other.  Especially metals or stones.  This light is due to  extreme high temperature generated, or  conversion of some mass into energy (light, sound, electromagnetic radiation, vibration).

Due to collision of particles between two surfaces, there is (speed) energy and mass loss.  This loss is changed into light, sound etc.

Light rays always get reflected from any surface, when they are incident on a surface.  The amount reflected depends on the properties of material and the smoothness of the surface.
