Here, 

15 = 10 * 3 / 2

So, log ( 15 ) = log ( 10 * 3 / 2 ) 
=== log 10 + log 3 - log 2
=== 1 + 0.4771 - 0.3010
=== 1 + 0.1761
=== 1.1761

And hence, log 15 = 1.1761
