Solution:

x=2^{-37}

Taking log both the sides.

logx=-37log2

logx=-37(0.3010)

logx=-11.137

x=10^{-11.137}

The power is (11.....) so till 11th digit 0's will be there.

Hence, the significant digits are 11.
