Given:

  • A logarithm is given to us.
  • The logarithm is log √3 ²⁷.

To Find:

  • The value of x.

Answer:

=> log √3 ²⁷ = x .

Let us understand the concept here first .

For ex . Let us take a number 8.

Now , 8 can be written as (2×2×2) , which means that 2³ = 8 .

If we write this in logarithm form it will be written as log 2⁸ = 3 ( read as logarithm of 8 to the base 2 . )

Similarly when we compare this to above question , which is log√3 ²⁷ = x .

This will mean that √3^x = 27.

=> (√3)^x = 27.

=> (√3)^x = (3)³.

=> (√3)^x = [ (√3)²]³.

=> (√3)^x = (√3)^ 6.

On comparing we have ,

=> x = 6.

Hence the value of x is 6.
