Here's The Answer

=> log ( x + y ) = log x + log y

We know, log a + log b = log ( a.b )

By using the above property

=> log ( x + y ) = log ( x.y )

Anti logging both sides

=> x + y = x.y

=> x.y - x = y

Taking x as common from L.H.S.

=> x ( y - 1 ) = y

=> x = y/( y - 1 )
