 log_{10}(x)  =  p

 log_{10}(y)  = q

TO PROVE :-

xy =  {10}^{(p + q)}

SOLUTION :-

ADD THE GIVEN EQUATIONS =

 log_{10}(x)  +  log_{10}(y)  = p + q

NOW USE LOGARITHMIC PROPERTY

 log_{10}(x + y)  = p + q

WE KNOW THAT

if \:  \:  \:  log_{e}(p)  = n \:  \:  \: then \:  \:  \: p =  {e}^{n}

SO ,

x + y =  {10}^{(p + q)}

HENCE PROVED
