look at the line 3x-2y=1
put x=1 ,,u get y=1
put x=3,y=4
so solution of line are (1,1),(3,4)..so these will satisfy lx+my+3=0
put these points
u get
l+m=-3
3l+4m=-3
solve these two eqns u will get l and m

Answer:

Answer is l/(1/3) = m/(-1/2) = -n/(7). Hence 3l=-2m=-n/7
