m =  \frac{1}{2 -  \sqrt{3} }  \\ n =  \frac{1}{2 + \sqrt{3}  }  \\  =  > m =  \frac{1}{2 -  \sqrt{3} }  \times  \frac{2 +  \sqrt{3} }{2 +  \sqrt{3} }  \\  =  > m = 2 +  \sqrt{3}  \\  =  > n =  \frac{1}{2 +  \sqrt{3} }  \times  \frac{2 -  \sqrt{3} }{2 -  \sqrt{3} }  \\  =  > n = 2 -  \sqrt{3}  \\  =  > now \\  =  > 7 {m}^{2}  + 11mn - 2 {n}^{2}  \\  = 7( {m}^{2}  -  {n}^{2} ) + 11mn \\  = 7(m + n)(m - n)  + 11mn \\  = 7((2 +  \sqrt{3} ) + (2 -  \sqrt{3} ))((2 +  \sqrt{3} ) - (2 -  \sqrt{3} )) + 11(2 +  \sqrt{3} )(2 -  \sqrt{3} ) \\  = 56 \sqrt{3}  + 11
hope it helps
