((-1)^2)1000/(-1)^2001
=(-1)^1 20001-2000+1
=-1

No actually i asked my teacher he said me the answer is 1 as :-
Given m = 1 and n = 1 as if the no. Raise to the power is even and the base is negative so it gives positive times
So the answer would be 1÷1 that is 1.
