Hey there !

Solution:

\dfrac{ m - 100 }{ m + 100 } = -1 \\ \\ \text{ Cross Multiplying we get,} \\ \\ \implies m - 100 = -1 ( m + 100 ) \\ \\ \implies m - 100 = - m - 100 \\ \\ \text{ Transposing the m terms to the left hand side and 100 terms to right hand side we get,} \\ \\ \implies m + m = 100 - 100 \\ \\ \implies 2m = 0 \\ \\ \implies m = 0

Hence m is 0.

Hope my answer helped !

m-100/m+100=-1
multiplying m on both sides,
=>m^2+100+100m=-m
=>m^2+100m+m+100=0
=>m(m+100)+1(m+100)=0
=>(m+100)(m+1)=0
thus,
either (m+100)=0
or (m+1)=0
if m+100=0
then m= -100
and if m+1=0
then m= -1
I hope this helps you....
