let, m+9 be 'x' more than n+2
now, according to the question-
therefore, m+9=x+n+2
m-n=x+2-9________(1)

m-4=7+n
m-n=7+4
m-n=11

now, putting m-n=11 in equation (1)-
m-n=x+2-9
11=x+-7
therefore, x=18.
