We know that, Product of two numbers is equal to the product of HCF and LCM.

The HCF of Co-prime numbers is always 1

Eg :- 3 and 5

3 = 3 × 1

5 = 5 × 1

Common factors = 1

HCF = 1

So, coming to the question :-

m × n = HCF × LCM

=> m × n = 1 × LCM

=> m × n = LCM

HCF of m and n = 1 and LCM of m and n = their product
