Answer:

5M+N3= 65

if we take the Nminimum value as 0 then

5M+ 03= 65

5M= 62

that mean 5=6 which wrong

so when we take N=1

then 5M+ 13= 65

5M= 52 now 5= 5✅ so M= 2 and N=1

10m-5N= 10(2)-5(1)= 20-5= 15

The value of 10M-5N is 15 if  M and N are digits and satisfy 5M+N3 = 65

Given:

  • M and N are digits
  • 5M+N3 = 65

To Find:

  • The value of 10M-5N

Solution:

Step 1:

Find Value of 5M  and N3

5 x 10 + M  = 50 + M

N x 10 + 3  =  10N  + 3

Step 2:

Substitute values in 5M+N3 = 65

50 + M +  10N  + 3 = 65

=> M + 10N  = 12

=>  NM  = 12

Hence N = 1 ,  M = 2

Step 3:

Substitute M= 2 and N = 1 and calculate the value of 10M - 5N

10 (2) - 5(1)

= 20 - 5

= 15

Hence , The value of 10M-5N is 15
